Vengeance and Honour: A daring new sword and sorcery novel

Ben Dixon’s new book, Vengeance and Honour: A Heroic Quest is now out to buy on Amazon worldwide! Sword and sorcery may be a different genre from the Neil Peel books, but the trademark humour is still present, and fans of Neil and his friends will recognise some familiar names scattered throughout the story. You might remember that Neil’s half-elf from his Dungeons and Dragons quests was called Hendel. He is one of the stars of this book along with lusty archmage Stefan (Stephen operated such a character in the Neil Peel books), a drunken fighter called Ric and a beautiful and wise cleric called Calista Wiseheart (remember Fleur?).

They are on a quest to rescue Ric’s love who has been abducted by agents of Ric’s evil father, King Edgar of Stonefort. However, they will have to face angry dwarves, a fierce dragon, an army of the undead, orcs and other foes in their daring mission. Bonds of friendship will be tested in the search for truth and revenge on this daring adventure full of humour, magic, ale, meat pies, cheese-induced dreams, football(?) and lots of blood!
